the location is amazing right on the lakefront. i found it very convenient with easy access to nearby attractions. the room i had offered a comfortable bed. the staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any questions or requests i had.
i did notice that the wifi signal was a bit inconsistent. it sometimes.

the reception staff were very accommodating and helpful on arrival. they quickly sorted out a carpark for me next door at wilson car park. i really appreciated their assistance after a long day of skiing.

I appreciated the full sky tv access. the beds provided excellent comfort. It gave me restful sleep. the location offered unbeatable convenience. i found the staff helpful and friendly.
the shower experience was somewhat annoying. the shower curtain stuck to me during showers, less than ideal.

the staff was considerate about changing my room. i was originally placed near an entrance and a children's play area, they moved me to a quieter room.
